I work for a multi-billion dollar international company that has thousands of salespersons.  The general consensus at the company is that Salesforce is a better product.

Both programs may meet your basic needs, so it may take a deeper dive into the FABs of the two products to know what is best for YOUR sales/ops teams.  Could you do a trial period with each product?  Also, could you find friends/associates within your network that can demonstrate each of the programs and give you the pros/cons in their perspective.</description>
