Salesforce VS. ACT?
A W asked:
I am currently looking for a program to help manage customers, vendors, and other contacts that my sales team and operations team can both access and use to their benefit. I am trying to decide between the software ACT or through an online service called SALESFORCE. Any reccommendations or reveiws of either?

I used ACT for years and it’s a good program, but I’ve heard that Salesforce beats ACT when it comes to sales campaign management.
I work for a multi-billion dollar international company that has thousands of salespersons. The general consensus at the company is that Salesforce is a better product.
Both programs may meet your basic needs, so it may take a deeper dive into the FABs of the two products to know what is best for YOUR sales/ops teams. Could you do a trial period with each product? Also, could you find friends/associates within your network that can demonstrate each of the programs and give you the pros/cons in their perspective.
