I want to create a salesforce to sell my product.
We hire Audio Visual equipment to businesses, Film and TV, individuals. I need a way to get people to recommend my company, and I will pay out on each new customer that hires from us. I’m thinking about a 10% of the first hire. This means that if they hire a projector from us, the referee gets £10.00, if they get us a conference whereby the spend is £3,000.00 the referee gets £300.00.
I want to know any ideas of how to go about doing this, and making it a fair and legal business.
I’d like to know if people would be excited by this.

I work at a computer store in Australia, we specialise in Notebooks(laptops). We have a referral program, where if the customer refers someone to us, and they come in and buy a laptop, we send the referee vouchers to spend in store.
there is a minimum spend of $1000 for the referred customer, and the person who referred them will get a certain amount. so if the new customer spends, $1000-$1499, the referee gets $20 voucher.

this works well. we have a few regular customers who refer new customers to us on a regular basis. and other customers will simply refer their family or friends.
