Is CRM (SalesForce.com) a reliable website? Does it have the software I need to run my small business?
Help Me asked:
Does anybody know what software CRM (SalesForce.com) has for there members to use? what am i able to do with the software they have? Am I able to upload all my inventory information, what I have in stock, what I need to order, my customer information and all that? If not, does anybody know of a Program or Software I could buy to keep all my Business information together. A program where I can place orders through, keep customer info, Inventory info, etc… Any help from somebody with anytype of experience in this field would be appreciated.. Thank you

salesforce.com is a powerhouse and should be able to handle anything you can throw at it.
Sugar CRM is cheaper alternative, but takes more technical expertise to implement.
Salesforce is great as a CRM lead tracker, but it is not an Order management/Shopping cart solution.
