Does anybody know what software CRM (SalesForce.com) has for there members to use? what am i able to do with the software they have? Am I able to upload all my inventory information, what I have in stock, what I need to order, my customer information and all that? If not, does anybody know of a Program or Software I could buy to keep all my Business information together. A program where I can place orders through, keep customer info, Inventory info, etc… Any help from somebody with anytype of experience in this field would be appreciated.. Thank you

ID Form is a hyperlink to an external page, using the ID field as a merge.

… The problem is, Salesforce displays this as two separate fields on the Cases screen after the case is created and a value for ID is entered.
What I want to do is merge the fields or make them dependant-
So when I enter 1234 on the new case screen for ID, and click save,
I don’t want to see “ID Form” at all. I want to see the ID Form link come up in the ID field.
(Basically I want to convert the text I enter- 1234, into http://www.myco.com/1234 when the save button is clicked.)
I’m new to HTML and have no idea about s-controls or anything, so a complete rundown of what I would need to do would be very appreciated.

As for Salesforce.com, well, they have basically everything except one customer/partner portal = one user account; and the price is just way over our head.
