Are there any good websites to sell my Salesforce.com contract?

Can you transfer the contract to another company? You could post it on eBay or Craig’s list. Salesforce will not give you a refund. I am working with a startup and would consider buying out someone’s contract if I knew I could seamlessly renew the contract without risk of losing or having to re-import my data.
